Therapeutic Approach

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic Therapy is a deep process that helps in understanding the self on a meaningful level. Routed in the idea that our past experiences, often from early childhood, significantly influence our present thoughts, emotions and behaviors, psychodynamic therapy aims to uncover and process these underlying factors.

How Psychodynamic Therapy Works

In psychodynamic therapy, we work together to explore the unconscious mind, allowing hidden emotions, memories, and patterns to surface. Through the analysis of current challenges and the unresolved issues at their root, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, our thoughts, and our behaviors.

Benefits

  • Self-Awareness: Gain a deeper understanding of our inner world and how past experiences shape our present.
  • Emotional Well-Being: Address unresolved emotions and trauma, leading to emotional well-being and personal growth.
  • Enhancing Self-Awareness: Develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance.
  • Improved Relationships: Improve our ability to create and maintain healthy relationships.

Person-Centered Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where you can express yourself freely.
It is based on the idea that each person has the capacity for personal growth, self-discovery, and inner empowerment.
